Today, we take a moment to honor the memory of Mafalda, the brilliant graphic designer who passionately created the visual identity of the EuCARE project.
Mafalda Velho da Palma Reis Tomaz de Brito Figueirôa joined the EuCARE team at the very beginning to design the logotype and all the image of project, as well as the social media accounts. Unfortunately, she became ill soon after. After a long and courageous battle with cancer, she passed away on January 20, 2025.
Beyond her professional talent, Mafalda was a loving and devoted wife and mother of three small children. Our hearts go out to her family and friends.
Her passion and vision will forever remain with the EuCARE partners.
She will be deeply missed.
