INFORMATION FOR PUPILS

WHAT DO PUPILS NEED TO DO?

1) Adult students (>17 year old) sign the informed consent to participate in the study.
Minor pupils also read or listen to the informed consent for their age, discuss it with their parents and provide their consent or not to participate in the study

2) The pupils in a class assigned to the Lolli group do the Lolli test twice a week, on fixed weekdays decided by the school. They sukle a swab for 30 seconds and then put the swab into a collection tube. It is important that all the participating pupils in the class put their swab into the same tube. Sample collection will be done preferably in the first hour in the morning.

3) In the Lolli days it is recommended that the pupils don’t eat just before making the Lolli: it is better to leave half an hour or one hour before the Lolli without eating and drinking.

4) The students of all classes, from the intermediate grade on, fill in the psychological questionnaires at the beginning and at the end of the study period.
