EuCARE Annual Meeting 2023
For the second consecutive time, the EuCARE annual Scientific Board meeting was hosted by the partner from the Institute of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, in Lisbon, Portugal, with project status and the way forward to enhance preparedness as its leitmotiv.
The meeting occurred on the 23rd and the 24th of October: two days filled with interesting face-to-face discussions, vivid knowledge sharing and fresh science! Many issues were discussed including a brainstorming session about preparedness.
There were also parallel sessions where the work done by the Workpackages involved in the project was presented and proposals for new scientific projects, within the EuCARE scope, were presented.
We also discussed where the next meeting will take place, but we’ll let you know about that later.
