The 2024 EuCARE Annual Scientific Board Meeting took place in Vilnius, Lithuania, hosted by our partner Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos (VULSK). Under the theme “Towards a New Project Phase: Exploitation and Sustainability,” the event gathered experts from across the EuCARE consortium for two days of intensive collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
From the 4th to the 5th of September, the Courtyard Hotel buzzed with presentations and discussions around the latest results from all EuCARE work packages. The final day’s session on “Exploitation and Sustainability” sparked lively debates and generated fresh ideas on how to enhance and leverage the valuable data collected by the consortium.
Beyond the formal sessions, participants enjoyed exploring the historic streets of Vilnius, culminating in memorable visits to the city’s Old Town and the picturesque Trakai Island Castle.
The event was yet another testament to the power of collaboration, with science being shared and discussed at the highest level of expertise.
