On 1–2 October 2026, the EuCARE community will come together in Rome for the Pandemic Preparedness Rome Conference, two days dedicated to sharing knowledge, discussing lessons learned and looking ahead to the future of pandemic preparedness.
From clinical aspects and Long COVID to vaccination, immunology, schools and social impacts, the programme brings together researchers, experts and policymakers to explore how evidence generated during and after the COVID-19 pandemic can help strengthen European resilience.
The conference will conclude with a dedicated discussion on preparedness, research and policy, followed by reflections on the legacy of the EuCARE project.
