A new dedicated page on the EuCARE website explores findings from our Vaccine Hesitancy Study, an international multicentre study involving 2,079 healthcare workers across Lithuania, Portugal, Poland, Germany and Brazil.
Focusing on COVID-19 and influenza vaccination, the study investigated factors associated with vaccine uptake and hesitancy — and what may help strengthen vaccine confidence among healthcare professionals.
The findings highlight an important message: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to vaccine promotion. Strategies need to consider different professional groups, vaccines, educational backgrounds and geographical contexts.
