Pandemic Preparedness Rome Conference

On 1–2 October 2026 occurred the Pandemic Preparedness Rome Conference, a successful event marking an important milestone in the project’s journey, a very high level scientific event, featuring lectures by keynote speakers.

Over two days, researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers and project partners gathered to share scientific insights, reflect on lessons learned and discuss how the knowledge generated through EuCARE can contribute to stronger pandemic preparedness.

From clinical research and Long COVID to vaccination, immunology, schools and public health resilience, the conference highlighted the importance of bringing science, collaboration and policy together.

But beyond the research and discussions, this event was also about the people who made EuCARE possible.

To every partner, researcher, speaker and participant who contributed to this journey: thank you.

The conference may be over, but the knowledge, connections and collaborations built along the way will continue to shape what comes next.

The EuCARE legacy continues. 🔬💙

Stay tuned for more detailed information about the conference coming soon.
